Every order is prepared with care, and we do our best to ensure it reaches you as smoothly as possible.

Shipping Information

* Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.

* You may inspect your order upon delivery before completing payment.

* Shipping charges are non-refundable.

* For approved exchanges, delivery fees for sending and receiving the replacement item are the customer's responsibility.

* For approved refunds of defective or incorrect items, NAYRAH covers the shipping costs related to the return process.

Estimated Delivery

 * Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 3–5 business days.

 * All other governorates: 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery area.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

نحرص على تجهيز كل طلب بعناية، ونعمل على أن تصل إليك تجربتك بكل سلاسة من لحظة تأكيد الطلب وحتى استلامه.

معلومات الشحن

 * تُحتسب رسوم الشحن تلقائيًا عند إتمام الطلب وفقًا لعنوان التوصيل.

 * يمكنك معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام قبل إتمام عملية الدفع.

 * رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

 * في حال الموافقة على طلب الاستبدال، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن الخاصة بإرسال واستلام المنتج البديل.

 * في حال الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع للقطع التالفة أو الخاطئة، تتحمل NAYRAH تكاليف الشحن المتعلقة بعملية الاسترجاع.

 

مدة التوصيل المتوقعة

 * القاهرة، الجيزة، والإسكندرية: من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

 * باقي المحافظات: من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل، بحسب منطقة التوصيل.
